These Terms of Use (hereinafter - the "Terms") define the rules of use of the Program. The Terms of Use are binding and represent an integral part of the agreement under which the Client received the right to use the Program from AutoBI (hereinafter - the "Agreement"). The Client and users have the right to use the Program only if they read and fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms. The Client has the right to provide the user with access to the Program only if the Client is convinced that the user has read and agreed to these Terms. The Client is fully responsible for the user's actions.

AutoBI - Smart space for your fleet. Offers an online tool for effective fleet management, spare parts and units accounting, monitoring of fines, insurance policies and more. AutoBI software provides a tool for accounting and data analysis for fleet management decision-making.
Accounts and other customers and users data, registration
When registering to access the Program, AutoBI requires the Client to provide full name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, the position of the Client's representative/user in the specified company, number of equipment available in the Client's fleet. Please read our Privacy Policy in detail to learn what data we collect, how we store and use the Client's personal data, who may have this data and the legal basis for such data processing. After registration, AutoBI provides the Client with data for authorization in the system.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information about himself and users, requested in the form of registration, and keep this information up to date. AutoBI has the right at any time to require the Client to provide additional information and documents to confirm the above information. If the Client provides inaccurate or incomplete information, failure to provide relevant information, failure to provide documents to confirm the information, AutoBI has the right to block or delete the account of the user and to terminate, suspend or restrict access to the Program and its use by the Client.
Use of the Program
By using the Program, the Client receives a license for personal use only. The Client can not sell the Program, share the license with anyone else, attempt to copy the Program, or attempt to make money on it without the direct written permission of AutoBI. If AutoBI offers the use of the system free of charge, the Client must also comply with these provisions and not copy or otherwise use the Program in the manner prohibited by this section. The Client does not acquire ownership upon purchase of the Program, but purchases (or, in the case of free access, ?) a license to use the AutoBI Program. By using the AutoBI Program, the Client assumes responsibility for the use of the Program by the Client and the Client's users. The Client is responsible for the use of the Program made by means of the Client's account and the Client's users.
Warranties, cautions, and liability
Materials and services of the system are provided "as they are" without any guarantees. AutoBI may at any time, without notice, make changes to the materials and services provided, as well as the services, products, and prices mentioned therein.
Under no circumstances will AutoBI be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages from loss of profits, data, or business interruptions) resulting from the use, inability to use, or results from the use of this Program.
AutoBI reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Program or any part thereof.
AutoBI guarantees that it has all the rights to give the Client the right to use the Program under the Agreement.
The Client is obliged to indemnify AutoBI for all damages caused by the violation of these Terms and Agreement, done by him and/or users.
In any case, the amount of AutoBI's liability to the Client may not exceed the cost paid by the Client to grant the right to use the Program.
Use of personal data
AutoBI uses various technologies to collect and store information when the Client visits the site. This may include recording one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. AutoBI also uses cookies and anonymous identifiers when the Client interacts with services offered by AutoBI partners, such as advertising services, such as those that may appear on other sites. Fee for using the service
The fee for the use of the Service is paid by paying the bill by the Client. If payment for the Service is not made on time, the Service reserves the right to fully or partially restrict the access of such Client to the Program.
Intellectual property rights
The program is a creation work, protected by the legislation of Ukraine on copyright.
Under the Agreement, the Program is not transferred to the Client in possession, disposal, or ownership. The Client has no right to transfer, sell or otherwise alienate the Program or transfer the rights to it to third parties (except as expressly provided in the Agreement). All intellectual property rights to the Program are reserved.
The design of the Program, as well as the created by AutoBI texts, scripts, graphics, functions, logos, are the property or license of the LLC "ALARIUS FMS", which are subject to protection as objects of intellectual property rights. The Client agrees not to participate in the use, copying, or distribution of anything contained on the site or in the Program without the direct written permission of AutoBI. Liability for infringement of intellectual property rights arises in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine.
